You Are Good Enough

Why do many people, myself included, find it so easy to find fault in ourselves? Having thoughts like, “I eat too much ice cream” or “I don’t exercise enough” or “I am not good enough”. Why is so difficult to focus on the greatness that lives inside us all the time?

In my experience, I am usually harder on myself than others are on me. The expectations I set are often unrealistic. I over-evaluate situations and beat myself up about what I said or did.

When I pause and reflect, I have sense of knowing – deep in my soul – that I am good enough. All the things I feel I need to work on are part of this journey, and if I view them positively, I can continue to grow, learn and thrive in this lifetime!

Today, I choose to be good enough.

I have a request for you: I would like you to recognize that you are good enough too! Today and always!
